Als Shiftleader Bad zorg jij samen met je team voor een veilige, gastvrije en goed georganiseerde omgeving in ons zwemparadijs. Een afwisselende functie waarin veiligheid, verantwoordelijkheid en contact met gasten centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? - Bewaken van de veiligheid in het zwemparadijs. - Gasten aanspreken op onveilig gedrag en veiligheidsvoorschriften. - Ingrijpen bij (dreigende) calamiteiten. - De afdeling openen en sluiten wanneer het Hoofd Zwemparadijs of de 1e Medewerker Zwemparadijs afwezig is. - Werkzaamheden verdelen, instructies geven en de voortgang bewaken. - Bezettingsproblemen oplossen en waar nodig extra collega's oproepen. - Actie ondernemen bij problemen en storingen. - Vragen en klachten van gasten afhandelen. - De dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen het zwemparadijs coördineren bij afwezigheid van de leidinggevenden. Wat zoeken wij? - Je bent sociaal, vriendelijk, gastgericht en gemotiveerd. - Je bent oplossingsgericht en houdt van verantwoordelijkheid. - Je kunt goed leidinggeven en communiceren. - Je beschikt over een VOG . - Je hebt een geldig EHBO-diploma of bent bereid dit te behalen. - Je beschikt over de benodigde zwemdiploma's. - Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed.
