Je loopt de zaak binnen, groet een paar vaste gezichten en ziet de eerste tafels al volstromen. Tegelijkertijd loopt een grote groep door naar een van de zalen voor een zakelijke bijeenkomst. Geen opgefokte hectiek, maar wel energie. Dat voel je meteen. De functie Als Shiftleader Bediening bij Buitenplaats de Bergse Bossen stuur je de werkvloer aan op een hele natuurlijke manier. Je bent lekker breed inzetbaar. De ene dag draai je het restaurant, de andere dag stroomlijn je een evenement of ben je het spin in het web bij onze 15 banquetingzalen. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen de keuken, de sales en het vloerpersoneel om elke gast samen met je team volledig te ontzorgen. Gasten & collega's Onze gasten komen voor kwaliteit, maar vooral voor die warme, gemoedelijke sfeer. Ze moeten zich vanaf binnenkomst echt thuis voelen. Ons team is volop in ontwikkeling. We werken professioneel, maar de omgang onderling is open en gemoedelijk. Oprechte aandacht staat altijd op één. Eerlijk is eerlijk, we zoeken iemand die voor de langere termijn wil instappen. Geen snelle oplossingen, maar op een gezonde manier stap voor stap bouwen aan een nog mooiere plek.
