Van een luchtige tompouce of een smaakvol stuk taart wij maken van iedere dag een feestje. Dat doen we al sinds 1963, met korte lijnen, een informele sfeer en ruim 900 gedreven vakmensen die elke dag topprestaties leveren. Onze producten vinden hun weg naar supermarkten door heel Nederland, en daar hebben we jou bij nodig! Jouw missie Als Verdeler III ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van de volledige dienst binnen de verdeelkoeling. Jij bewaakt het overzicht, stuurt bij waar nodig en zorgt dat alles van product tot planning klopt. Je bent niet alleen meewerkend, maar vooral coördinerend en besluitvaardig. Jij zorgt dat het proces blijft draaien, ook als het druk wordt of anders loopt dan gepland. Hoe jij geluk brengt Met overzicht, daadkracht en samenwerking. Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit: - Coördineren van de gehele verdeeldienst en bewaken van de voortgang - Aansturen en bijsturen van collega's op inzet, planning en taakverdeling - Zorgen dat producten tijdig, volledig en correct worden verdeeld naar klantenorders - Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten in productstromen, systemen en bezetting - Afstemmen met interne afdelingen zoals productie, logistiek en koeling - Controleren van aantallen, registraties, prints en orders en bijsturen waar nodig - Bewaken van kwaliteit, hygiëne (HACCP) en veiligheid binnen de dienst - Coördineren van ondersteunende werkzaamheden zoals schoonmaak en intern transport - Begeleiden en inwerken van (nieuwe) medewerkers - Initiëren van verbeteringen in processen en werkwijzen Je houdt continu het overzicht en zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt ook als de druk toeneemt.
