Voor ons hippe kippenrestaurant in Brugge zijn wij op zoek naar een shiftleader die met veel enthousiasme ons team wil versterken en voor wie het een passie is dat de beste klantenservice wordt gegeven en onze klanten buiten gaan met een grote glimlach zodat zij ons restaurant aanbevelen in hun vriendenkring en met plezier terug komen naar ons restaurant.

Functieomschrijving:

Voor de vacature van shiftleader zijn we op zoek naar een hospitality hero om volgende taken op zich te nemen:

  • Je werkt nauw samen met de Assistant Manager en kan deze vervangen tijdens afwezigheden.
  • Je werkt actief mee in het restaurant en je missie is het creëren van een uitzonderlijke klantenbeleving.
  • Efficiëntie, kwaliteit en netheid zijn voor jou uiterst belangrijk.
  • Bestellingen opnemen en ingeven via digitaal kassa-systeem, tafels afruimen, openen/sluiten restaurant.
  • Communicatie met de keuken en de bestelprocedures volgen.
  • Professioneel omgaan met klachten en opvolgen van procedures, checklists en de checklist voor mystery visits.
  • Elke dag streef je mee naar verbetering en groei want de missie van de P&P-family is niet stilstaan maar voortdurend evolueren.

Voor de vacature van Shiftleader zijn we op zoek naar iemand met volgende kwaliteiten:

  • Gastvrijheid, een positieve ingesteldheid en teamwork zitten in jouw DNA.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring als zaalmedewerker en wil een volgende stap in je carrière zetten.
  • Commumicatief sta je in het NL en ENG sterk in je schoenen en je people skills zijn goed ontwikkeld. Je spreekt zowel Nederlands als Engels om de klanten, waaronder vaak toeristen, te woord te staan.
  • Stress prikkelt jou in de positieve zin, je blijft altijd kalm.
  • Je bent georganiseerd en gestructureerd en weet alles in goede banen te leiden.

Om verscheidenheid in de functie te verzekeren, worden werknemers polyvalent ingezet bij Poule & Poulette. Werknemers zullen regelmatig worden toegewezen aan andere functies, in functie van hun vaardigheden en kennis.
