Binnen een toonaangevend bedrijf in de regio van Ranst, zijn wij op zoek naar een shiftleader binnen de productie. De hoofdfocus binnen dit takenpakket ligt op peoplemanagement en coaching van een twintigtal operatoren!

Waar ben je dan dagdagelijks mee bezig als shiftleader? - Planning: Je maakt de planning op van de operatoren. Dit rekening houdende met ziekte, verlofplanning, bezetting van machines en de kwaliteiten van de werknemers. - Evaluaties: Je voert functioneringsgesprekken en stuurt operatoren bij waar nodig. Indien nodig, voer je ook verzuimgesprekken. - KPI's: Je volgt KPI's op en rapporteert nauwkeurig. Zo kan je bijhouden of productietargets werden behaald of niet. - Storingen: Wanneer er zich grote storingen voordoen in de productie, ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je operatoren. Jij bekijkt of het probleem intern verholpen kan worden of dat er externe teams ingeschakeld moeten worden.

Binnen dit takenpakket werk je voornamelijk aan je bureau, maar wandel je regelmatig ook eens door de productie om vinger aan de pols te houden. Klaar voor deze coachende functie? Als shiftleader productie: - Heb je enkele jaren ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen de productie! Je hebt daarbij een team van ongeveer 20 productiemedewerkers aangestuurd. De sector? Dat maakt niet uit! - Ben je technisch aangelegd. Hoe een machine werkt, moet ik jou niet uitleggen. - Ben je pc-vaardig (voor onder andere de rapportage en de planning). - Spreek je perfect Nederlands en goed Engels. De Engelse talenkennis is belangrijk voor communicatie met dochterbedrijven. - Wil je in een tweeploegensysteem werken.
