Jobomschrijving

Als Shiftleader Productie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks aansturen van een productieafdeling binnen een dynamische voedingsomgeving. Je combineert operationeel leiderschap met een sterke focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit, rendement en teamontwikkeling. Samen met jouw leidinggevende operatoren zorg je ervoor dat de productieplanning efficiënt wordt gerealiseerd en de vooropgestelde KPI's worden behaald.

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten
  • Verzorgen van een kwalitatieve ploegoverdracht en efficiënte ploegopstart
  • Vertalen van de dagplanning en operationele doelstellingen naar de werkvloer
  • Aansturen en coachen van een team van leidinggevende operatoren en productiemedewerkers
  • Bewaken van productiviteit, rendement, kwaliteit en levertermijnen
  • Opstellen en aanleveren van personeelsplanningen
  • Organiseren van dagelijkse overlegmomenten met leidinggevende operatoren
  • Prioriteiten bepalen en operationele bijsturingen doorvoeren waar nodig
  • Samenwerken met productieplanning, operations en andere ondersteunende afdelingen
  • Proactief oplossen van operationele problemen en productie-uitdagingen
  • Uitrollen van verbeterprojecten en optimalisatie-initiatieven
  • Formuleren en opvolgen van verbetervoorstellen op basis van data en analyses
  • Opleiden, begeleiden en ontwikkelen van medewerkers
  • Beheren van evaluaties, onboardingtrajecten en competentiematrices
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige werkvloer en sterke voedselveiligheidscultuur
  • Toezien op orde, netheid en naleving van procedures
  • Beheren van personeelsplanning, tijdsregistratie en verlofopvolging
  • Stimuleren van samenwerking tussen verschillende afdelingen
  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen productie of operations
  • Ervaring binnen de voedingsindustrie is een sterke troef
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van grotere teams
  • Sterke people management vaardigheden en coachende leiderschapsstijl
  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om prioriteiten te stellen
  • Analytisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht
  • Resultaatgericht met focus op rendement en kwaliteit
  • Kennis van productieprocessen en personeelsplanning
  • Goede kennis van Excel en andere digitale toepassingen
  • Affiniteit met voedselveiligheid, kwaliteit en veiligheid
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Stressbestendig, flexibel en besluitvaardig
  • Bereid om te werken in een vaste weekendploeg
