Als shiftleader Zwembad bij Recreatiepark de Leistert zorg jij ervoor dat onze gasten zorgeloos kunnen genieten van een veilige en plezierige zwemervaring. Dit doe je door het team op de werkvloer aan te sturen, maar ook door zelf mee te werken. Bouw jij mee aan de organisatie achter de mooiste vakantieherinneringen? Als shiftleader zwembad ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze gasten en verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van de dagelijkse zwembadactiviteiten. Je houdt toezicht, waarborgt de veiligheid en zorgt voor een schone en prettige omgeving. Je stuurt medewerkers en hulpkrachten aan en houdt het overzicht om de kwaliteit en veiligheid te garanderen. Knelpunten of verbetersuggesties bespreek je tijdens een shiftleadersleidersoverleg. Daarnaast zijn jouw taken onder andere: - Toezicht houden op de veiligheid van gasten en handelen bij incidenten; - Gasten te woord staan bij vragen; - Uitvoeren van veiligheids- en schoonmaakwerkzaamheden; - Signaleren en doorgeven van storingen; - Verantwoordelijk voor een juiste kassa-afhandeling en verkoopopbrengsten; ...
