Ben jij een geboren leider die energie krijgt van mensen aansturen, processen optimaliseren en samen resultaten behalen? Dan ben jij misschien de Shiftleader die wij zoeken voor onze productiesite in Olen!

Op onze werkvloer maak jij elke dag het verschil voor een team van operatoren en productiemedewerkers.

Jouw uitdaging:

Als Shiftleader ben jij de spil van de productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat de planning vlot verloopt, de kwaliteitsnormen worden gerespecteerd en je team weet wat er moet gebeuren om de doelstellingen van de dag te behalen.

  • Je stuurt een team aan van leidinggevende operatoren en productiearbeiders
  • Organiseert efficiënte ploegopstarts en ploegoverdrachten
  • Bewaakt rendement, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voedselveiligheid
  • Stuurt bij waar nodig om KPI's en productieplanning te behalen
  • Werkt nauw samen met productieplanning, HR, kwaliteit en operations
  • Coacht medewerkers en helpt hen groeien in hun rol
  • Denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties op de werkvloer.

Je bent iemand die overzicht bewaart, beslissingen durft nemen en mensen mee krijgt in verandering.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Bachelor-denkniveau of relevante leidinggevende ervaring binnen productie
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van teams
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en een echte no-nonsense aanpak
  • Analytisch inzicht en een resultaatgerichte mindset
  • Kennis van productieprocessen, planning en veiligheidsnormen
  • Goede PC-vaardigheden (Excel en digitale systemen).
