Over de job

Als Shiftmanager zal jij instaan voor het goede verloop van een shift op elk mogelijk vlak. Je kan ervan op aan dat wij je via opleidingen klaarstomen in no time!

Je gaat van bij de start aan de slag in de keuken om alles te leren over de operationele werking van het restaurant: het bereiden van onze lekkere producten, het correct opstarten en instellen van alle apparatuur, het controleren en aanvullen van de voorraden, het controleren van de leveringen, het klaarzetten van de benodigdheden voor de shift,…

Ook in de lobby word je meteen ingezet om te leren hoe best-in-class hospitality eruit ziet om klanten een geluksmomentje te bezorgen bij elk bezoek.

Uiteraard werk je tijdens jouw shiften mee aan alle mogelijke werkposten. Geen enkele werkpost in de keuken of zaal heeft dus nog geheimen voor jou! Je zorgt dat alle teamleden op de juiste werkpost staan en geeft operationele instructies waar nodig. Alle servicetijden en kwaliteits- en hygiënenormen dienen gerespecteerd te worden. Tegelijkertijd zorg je ervoor dat alle medewerkers er alles aan doen om iedere klant een topervaring te geven. Na de shift zorg je ervoor dat alle werkposten er weer spik en span uitzien.

Wie ben jij

Om te kunnen uitblinken in deze rol, zien we jou liefst met:

  • Een eerste relevante ervaring is zeker mooi meegenomen, maar is geen must;
  • Een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands;
  • Aangeboren People Management skills en een sterke voorkeur voor teamwork;
  • Bijzondere aandacht voor klanttevredenheid;
  • Onstuitbare leergierigheid en oog voor detail;
  • Een hoge werklust zonder bezwaar tegen weekend- en avondwerk;
