Hoe ziet jouw dag eruit?

  • Je stuurt een team van 15-tal laders en magazijnmedewerkers aan zodat de 50 tot 80 vertrekkende vrachtwagens in de vroege of late shift correct geladen worden.
  • Je draagt bij aan een goede verstandhouding tussen verschillende ploegen en afdelingen zoals de overdracht van status en prioriteiten bij ploegenwissel met collega's in de andere dienst.
  • Je rapporteert dagelijks aan de loading coordinator.
  • Je staat in voor het corrigeren van statussen, voorraden en pickings in SAP om de juiste transport- en afleveringsbonnen te maken.
  • Je zet de juiste prioriteiten zodat de doorstroom van binnenkomende vrachtwagens soepel verloopt en gaat na waar verbeteringen nodig zijn.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat elke lading wordt geïnspecteerd en gefotografeerd voordat deze de site verlaat.
  • Je zorgt voor de hoogst mogelijke nauwkeurigheid op MTO, MTS en trading goederen.
  • Je rapporteert interne schadegevallen en zorgt ervoor dat deze indien nodig opnieuw geproduceerd worden.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het goede verloop van zaken op logistiek gebied.
  • Je verzekert je er van dat heftruckbestuurders zich houden aan de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Je controleert of heftruckbestuurders het arbeidsreglement respecteren
  • Je houdt toezicht op de juiste uitvoering van de geldende procedures
  • Je staat in voor de evaluatie van de medewerkers van uw team en opvolging van het aanwezigheidsbeleid
  • Je verzorgt het onthaal van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Je zorgt voor voldoende opleiding en opvolging van alle (nieuwe) medewerkers

Wat voor iemand zoeken we?

  • Je bent stressbestendig en kan de juiste prioriteiten leggen. Je kan schakelen wanneer nodig.
  • Je hebt een hands on mentaliteit en steekt ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur enkel jaren ervaring in logistiek en kan snel (leren) werken met SAP.
  • Je hebt een heftruckattest of bent bereid deze te behalen.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer
  • Je durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, hebt oog voor detail en bent communicatief
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B
