Dit gaat met name om internationale transporten middels weg-, zee- en luchttransport. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en versturen van de facturen en daarbij benodigde documenten. Daarnaast zorg je voor de administratieve voorbereiding en afhandeling, ken je alle douaneregelingen en stel je import- en exportdocumenten op. Tijdens je werk heb je veel contact met klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs over de planning en benodigde documentatie. Ook met je eigen collega's heb je veel contact, waaronder de afdeling expeditie en sales over de lopende projecten. Je komt te werken op de afdeling Logistiek met zes enthousiaste collega's. Dit vragen we - Minimaal afgeronde mbo-4 opleiding in de richting logistiek/administratie. - Bij voorkeur enkele jaren werkervaring in een administratieve functie (maar starters mogen ook reageren). - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. - Kennis en ervaring met MS Office (o.a. Excel). - Je bent een teamplayer, nauwkeurig, klantgericht en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. We weten als geen ander: we vragen best veel van onze medewerkers.
