Jobomschrijving

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van verzendingen binnen ERP- en logistieke systemen
  • Opstellen, controleren en beheren van export-, transport- en verzenddocumentatie
  • Coördineren van nationale en internationale transporten met logistieke partners
  • Actief opvolgen van levertermijnen en anticiperen op mogelijke afwijkingen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor transporteurs, klanten en interne afdelingen
  • Correct verwerken en beheren van logistieke gegevens en administratieve dossiers
  • Detecteren van verbeteringsopportuniteiten binnen bestaande logistieke processen
  • Meewerken aan digitaliserings- en optimalisatieprojecten binnen de afdeling
  • Bacheloropleiding binnen Logistiek, Supply Chain, Bedrijfskunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen shipping, logistiek, customer service of supply chain is een troef
  • Zeer nauwkeurig en administratief sterk
  • Stressbestendig en in staat meerdere dossiers gelijktijdig op te volgen
  • Affiniteit met ERP-systemen en digitale tools
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
  • Proactieve ingesteldheid en interesse in procesverbetering
