Ben jij administratief sterk, hou je van structuur en krijg jij energie van een perfect georganiseerde logistieke flow? Dan is deze rol als Shipping Officer misschien exact wat jij zoekt. In deze functie zorg jij ervoor dat transporten efficiënt, nauwkeurig en volledig volgens planning verlopen.

Doel van de functie

Je organiseert en ondersteunt administratief het vervoer van producten, zodat alle transporten effectief, efficiënt en just-in-time plaatsvinden.

Jouw takenpakket

1. Baliewerk

Doel: Transporten zo vlot mogelijk afhandelen

  • Ingeven van vrachten in SAP + controle van de bestemming
  • Controleren van geladen vrachten volgens laadbon
  • Chauffeurs informeren over veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • Opvolgen van inkomende grondstofstromen
  • Mondelinge communicatie en administratie rond de werkzaamheden op de laadkoer

2. Transporten & Orders

Doel: Vlotte administratie van afhalingen, leveringen en interne transporten

  • Ingeven van bestellingen in SAP (artikel + aantal)
  • Stockcontrole uitvoeren + klanten informeren bij stockproblemen of levertijden
  • Problemen/meldingen van chauffeurs of klanten registreren en doorgeven aan Transport Manager of Customer Service
  • Boeken van inkomende intercompany leveringen
  • Opmaken, verwerken en klasseren van laaddocumenten, afleverbonnen, klaarzetdocumenten en retourbonnen

3. Voorfacturatie

Doel: Correcte facturatie van gereden vrachten

  • Ingave van vrachten in het TVS-systeem
  • Controle van wacht- en lostijden
  • Controleren van facturen en creditnotes

4. Administratieve ondersteuning

Afhankelijk van de site kan je extra ondersteuning bieden aan:

  • Customer Service
  • Inkoopadministratie
  • Marketing

Hard skills

  • Bachelor/graduaat Logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • SAP-kennis (overgang naar Business Central in 2026)
  • Sterke administratieve vaardigheden
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Talen: NL zeer goed – FR stevige basis – ENG basis
