Je ondersteunt klanten bij het gebruik van de systemen, analyseert en verhelpt technische problemen in backendomgevingen en adviseert klanten over de best passende oplossing. De ondersteuning richt zich voornamelijk op het meest gebruikte boekingsplatform van het bedrijf. Door voortdurend op de hoogte te blijven van nieuwe ontwikkelingen en innovaties bied je deskundige ondersteuning en draag je bij aan een optimale klantbeleving. Deze tijdelijke functie ontstaat doordat een teamlid tijdelijk een andere rol vervult. Je start met een introductietraining waarin je alles leert over het bedrijf, en werkt daarna samen met je team om de aanvragen stap voor stap te leren behandelen. Je krijgt de ruimte om zelf op onderzoek uit te gaan, en vraagt hulp waar je die nodig hebt.
