Medi-Market zoekt Shop Managers voor verschillende vestigingen verspreid over de provincie Limburg. Samen bekijken we welke shop het beste aansluit bij jouw woonplaats.

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse leiding over jouw Medi-Market-shop en zorgt voor een duidelijke taakverdeling en personeelsplanning.
  • Je coacht, motiveert en evalueert jouw medewerkers en helpt hen om zowel individueel als als team verder te groeien.
  • Je speelt een actieve rol bij de rekrutering en onboarding van nieuwe collega's.
  • Je draait zelf mee op de winkelvloer en zorgt samen met jouw team voor persoonlijk en eerlijk advies aan klanten.
  • Je bewaakt de volledige winkelwerking: van bevoorrading, pricing en kassabeheer tot presentatie, assortiment en veiligheid.
  • Je volgt de commerciële resultaten en doelstellingen van jouw winkel op en onderneemt acties om deze verder te verbeteren.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met jouw District Manager en denkt mee over initiatieven om jouw filiaal, team en resultaten verder te ontwikkelen.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in people management en weet hoe je medewerkers coacht, motiveert en verder ontwikkelt.
  • Je bent een echte hands-on manager: je stuurt niet alleen aan, maar staat zelf mee tussen jouw team en klanten op de winkelvloer.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en weet een sterke klantenbeleving te combineren met het behalen van winkel- en salesdoelstellingen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met voeding, gezondheid en/of cosmetica en bent gemotiveerd om jouw kennis hierin verder uit te bouwen.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, houdt overzicht en neemt zelfstandig beslissingen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt.
  • Je voelt je goed in een organisatie die sterk groeit en continu evolueert. Je bent flexibel, veranderingsgericht en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en bent bereid om volgens een rotatieschema in het weekend te werken.
