Shopfloor Digitalisierungs- & Automatisierungsspezialist/in (m/w/d) 1 Shopfloor Digitalisierungs- & Automatisierungsspezialist/in (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

* Leitung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungsprojekten im Produktionsumfeld

* Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktionsprozessen unter Einsatz moderner Technologien

* Einführung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von ERP- und MES-Systemen in der Produktion

* Schnittstellenmanagement zwischen Produktion, IT und externen Partnern

* Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs von IT-Systemen in der Produktion (Software, Hardware, Drucksysteme)

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Shopfloor-Digitalisierungslösungen sowie Mitarbeiterinformationssystemen

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Informatik, Produktionstechnik oder vergleichbar

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung, idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in ERP- und MES-Systemen (z. B. Microsoft Dynamics, Hydra o. ä.)

* Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Produktionsprozessen

* Gute Kenntnisse in der Betreuung von IT-Systemen (Hard- und Software) im industriellen Umfeld

* Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

Das tatsächliche Gehalt ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung; eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung ist definitiv gegeben.
