Eco-Shop is een Belgisch netwerk van tweedehandswinkels. Met onze 10 ontmoetingspunten voor liefhebbers van antiek, vintage en brocante kopen en verkopen wij unieke en betaalbare spullen. Wij verhandelen jaarlijks meer dan 5000 spullen. Duurzame ontwikkeling is het hart van ons merk, want bij ons komt de bescherming van het milieu op de eerste plaats. We stimuleren de mens om duurzamer te leven in deze consumentenmaatschappij. Eco-Shop redt elk jaar 154 ton goederen van de afvalberg.

Via Eco-Shop kan iedereen zijn spullen een tweede leven geven, en een bijdrage leveren tegen overproductie en verspilling.

Voor onze winkel in Aalst zijn we op zoek naar een parttime shopmanager.

Jouw taken als filiaalmanager in Aalst:

  • Ambitie om ons merk binnen het brocantenetwerk te verbeteren.
  • Je biedt professionele klantenservice, advies en informatie over Eco-Shop.
  • Je beheert prijzen en productpresentatie.
  • Je creëert aantrekkelijke klantbenaderingen.
  • Je breidt het kopers- en verkopersnetwerk uit, zowel particulier als ondernemers.
  • Je rapporteert dagelijks aan de Area Vintage Manager.

Je zorgt kortom voor een fantastische vintage-shopervaring voor de klant!

Jouw profiel als shopmanager:

  • Je hebt een secundair onderwijs diploma.
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is vereist.
  • Interesse in vintage, antiek en brocante is belangrijk.
  • Je bent een enthousiaste verkoper en communicatief sterk.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans.
  • Creatief met oog voor visuele presentatie.
  • Vaardig met MS-Office en sociale media.
  • Punctueel en georganiseerd.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
  • Bereid om op zaterdag te werken.
