Als Store Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks reilen en zeilen van de winkel Bel&Bo. Je combineert een commerciële mindset met people management en zorgt ervoor dat zowel klanten als medewerkers zich goed voelen in de winkel.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je staat in voor het dagelijks operationeel beheer van de winkel.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel er steeds aantrekkelijk en verzorgd uitziet, met aandacht voor visual merchandising en een optimale productpresentatie.
  • Je stelt de personeelsplanning op en waakt over een efficiënte bezetting van het team.
  • Je motiveert, begeleidt en coacht je medewerkers zodat zij het beste uit zichzelf kunnen halen.
  • Je stimuleert het team om commerciële doelstellingen te behalen en een uitstekende klantenservice te bieden.
  • Je analyseert de resultaten van de winkel en onderneemt acties om de prestaties verder te verbeteren.
  • Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de District Manager en werkt mee aan de verdere groei van de winkel.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen de retail sector
  • Jouw aanstekelijke enthousiasme weet je perfect over te brengen op anderen
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische en administratieve skills
  • Jouw favoriete werkdag is zaterdag, want jij houdt van de gezellige drukte in het weekend
