Jobomschrijving

Als Shopmanager in Mechelen ben jij de rechterhand van de Shop manager én een drijvende kracht op de winkelvloer. Je inspireert klanten met persoonlijke stijladvies, je ademt het imago van het merk en je zorgt voor dat elke bezoeker zich welkom voelt, zowel in de winkel als via de online diensten.

Je zorgt voor een warme ontvangst en het beste modeadvies, zodat elke klant zich welkom voelt en een unieke shopervaring beleeft. Daarnaast:

  • Neem je de dagelijkse coördinatie en organisatie van de winkel in handen.
  • Deel je je commerciële skills met je team om de vooropgestelde doelen te behalen.
  • Werk je nauw samen met collega Shop Managers en de Area Manager.
  • Rapporteer je aan de directie en denk je actief mee om de winkelactiviteiten te versterken.

  • Bij voorkeur al ervaring hebt in een gelijkaardige functie (ervaring in fashion is een plus)
