De shop Onze winkel in Aartselaar maakt deel uit van een toonaangevende familiale kmo in België, gespecialiseerd in de verkoop en herstelling van telecomproducten, energieoplossingen en digitale technologie.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je zorgt voor een efficiënte dagelijkse taakverdeling binnen het team en bewaakt de goede werking van de winkel.
  • Je staat garant voor een uitstekende klantenservice en zorgt ervoor dat elke klant tevreden de winkel verlaat.
  • Je opent en/of sluit de winkel zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor een vlotte dagelijkse werking.
  • Je stelt, in overleg met HR, de werk- en vakantieplanning van het team op.
  • Je bewaakt de vooropgestelde commerciële en financiële doelstellingen en zorgt ervoor dat deze worden behaald.
  • Samen met de bedrijfsleider stuur je het team aan, coach je medewerkers en motiveer je hen om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.
  • Je creëert een positieve werksfeer waarin samenwerking, klantgerichtheid en resultaatgerichtheid centraal staan.
  • Je hebt ervaring met de verkoop van gsm’s, laptops of andere telecomproducten.
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring in een aansturende of leidinggevende rol.
  • Je wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen, zowel op het vlak van sales als op het vlak van coachende vaardigheden.
  • Je bent bereid om op zaterdag te werken, in ruil voor een vrije dag tijdens de week.
