The posting

Voor de opening van onze nieuwe winkel in Oostende op 6 november zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste en tweetalige Shop Manager (Nederlands/Frans) voor een voltijdse functie.

Als Shop Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de winkel en zorg je voor een uitstekende klantenbeleving. Je combineert jouw passie voor beauty en welzijn met een commerciële ingesteldheid en neemt met enthousiasme de leiding over de winkel en het team.

Jouw taken omvatten:

  • Het dagelijks beheer en de organisatie van de winkel.
  • Het adviseren en begeleiden van klanten in het Nederlands en Frans.
  • Het stimuleren van de verkoop en het behalen van de commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Het motiveren en aansturen van het team.
  • Het verzorgen van een aantrekkelijke winkelpresentatie en een aangename winkelervaring.
  • Het bewaken van een vlotte en klantgerichte werking.

Je start zo snel mogelijk met een opleiding, zodat je goed voorbereid bent om vanaf de officiële opening op 6 november de winkel zelfstandig te leiden.

Wat zoeken wij:

  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans en communiceert moeiteloos met klanten in beide talen.
  • Je hebt ervaring als schoonheidsspecialist(e) of beschikt over relevante beroepservaring in de beauty-, cosmetica- of welzijnssector.
  • Je hebt commercieel inzicht en haalt energie uit klantencontact en verkoop.
  • Je bent dynamisch, zelfstandig en organisatorisch sterk.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en weet een team op een positieve manier te motiveren en aan te sturen.
  • Je hebt een oprechte interesse in schoonheid, verzorging en welzijn.
  • Je bent klantgericht, ondernemend en gemotiveerd om van deze nieuwe winkel een succes te maken.
  • Je bent op korte termijn beschikbaar om de opleiding te starten en je voor te bereiden op de opening.
