Voor onze showroom in Leuven (Wilsele) zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste showroom adviseur.

Wat je gaat doen

Bij X²O ben je niet zomaar een verkoper. Je bent een showroom adviseur.

  • Volledig gefocust op de klant: van de eerste vraag tot de aankoop van hun droombadkamer.
  • Authentiek advies geven zonder opdringerig te zijn.
  • Klanten laten voelen dat ze ‘thuis’ zijn in onze showroom.
  • Ook na verkoop blijf jij het vertrouwde gezicht voor onze klanten. Vanuit de showroom zorg je voor een uitstekende service via mail, telefoon en andere kanalen.
  • Zorg dragen voor een propere winkel, correcte prijsaanduidingen en opvallend promotiemateriaal.
  • Meewerken aan wat nodig is om onze klanten te verrassen.

Wie jij bent

  • Een commercieel talent met veel goesting om erin te vliegen!
  • Klantgericht, gepassioneerd en vol energie voor het vak en onze producten.
  • Ervaring in de verkoop of binnen een omgeving waar klantencontact centraal staat.
  • Feeling voor interieur is een groot voordeel – zo ken je ons assortiment sneller van binnen en van buiten.
  • Teamplayer, maar ook zelfstandig je plan trekken wanneer nodig.
  • Smalltalk? Geen probleem. Focus op de verwachtingen van klanten overtreffen? Dat is jouw missie.
  • Flexibel om je -indien nodig- te verplaatsen naar andere showrooms.
  • Zaterdag? Dat is voor jou geen struikelblok, maar net dé dag waarop het gebeurt. Jij weet: dit is onze meest commerciële dag!
