Als Showroom Advisor maak je deel uit van een groeiend sanitairbedrijf in Zaventem. In deze adviserende rol ondersteun je zowel klanten als het salesteam en help je mee om elke klant een uitstekende showroomervaring te bieden.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Je verwelkomt klanten, voornamelijk particulieren, in de showroom.
  • Je geeft professioneel advies over het uitgebreide productgamma, zowel op technisch, esthetisch als commercieel vlak.
  • Je brengt de wensen en behoeften van de klant in kaart en vertaalt deze naar een passend voorstel. Je stelt offertes op, bereidt dossiers voor en volgt deze op tot de verkoop is afgerond.
  • Je staat in voor een correcte en klantgerichte dienst-na-verkoop.
  • Je ondersteunt het salesteam met jouw productkennis en gevoel voor interieur.
  • Belangrijk: dit is geen commerciële salesfunctie met actieve prospectie of verkoopdoelstellingen. De nadruk ligt op het adviseren van klanten en het ondersteunen van het salesteam met jouw expertise en passie voor interieur.

Voor deze vaste tewerkstelling is het belangrijk dat jij:

  • Een echte people-person bent met een luisterend oor voor de klanten
  • Je bent bereid om op zaterdagen te werken
  • Je kan zeer goed Frans en goed Nederlands, omgekeerd kan ook!
