Bij deze firma vindt u een grote keuze tuinhuizen en blokhutten: kleine blokhutjes, grote blokhutten, een klassieke blokhut of een eigentijds design blokhut, met een plat dak of een zadeldak, met of zonder opties

Als showroomadviseur ben jij hét eerste aanspreekpunt van klanten in de showroom.

Je zorgt voor een hartelijk ontvangst, laat de klant op enthousiaste wijze kennis maken met onze blokhutten en houten bijgebouwen en adviseert hen deskundig over de verschillende opties. Met commerciële feeling en de gewenste klantvriendelijkheid begeleid je de klanten van hun eerste vraag tot en met de aankoop van de tuinconstructie van hun dromen.

Daarnaast zorg je ook voor een correct verloop en afhandeling van de nodige administratie, offertes en bestellingen. Je beantwoordt mails en telefoons van klanten en ook met een verzorgd uitziende showroom streef je steeds naar een optimale klantervaring.

Jouw takenpakket in detail Als showroomadviseur ontferm je je over volgende taken:

  • Klantencommunicatie
  • Beheer en opvolging van potentiële klanten
  • Correcte verwerking van bestelbonnen
  • Kassabeheer (verantwoordelijkheid correcte kassa)
  • Juiste toepassing van boekhoudkundige en administratieve procedures

Je ondersteunt en werkt samen met collega’s uit het verkoopteam:

  • Flexibiliteit naar bezetting eigen en andere filialen
  • Bijdragen tot een goede werksfeer

Je werkt ook op zaterdagen.

  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële feeling
  • Je bent enthousiast, communicatief en klantgericht
  • Je kan werken in teamverband
  • Je kan zelfstandig en individueel werken (uiteraard krijg je steeds ondersteuning van op afstand via het hoofdkantoor).
  • Je beschikt over een technisch inzicht.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en je bent resultaatgericht
