Onze klant is gelegen in Tielt. In hun prachtige showroom en bedrijvencomplex verwelkomen ze graag zowel professionele klanten als particulieren. Ze richten zich voornamelijk op bouwmaterialen en vloeren.

Voor de vacature showroomadviseur combineer je klantbegeleiding, dossieropvolging en teamcoördinatie in de dagelijkse werking van de showroom.

  • Je begeleidt klanten bij hun materiaalkeuzes in de showroom en adviseert hen op basis van een offerte en het verkoopslastenboek.
  • Je informeert klanten over mogelijkheden, producten en levertermijnen, afgestemd op de planning van hun bouwproject.
  • Je beheert dossiers na het showroombezoek door koperslijsten op te vragen en te beheren, prijsberekeningen volgens contract op te maken via de keuzefiche en ondertekende keuzefiches te controleren en te verwerken.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte opvolging van werfprojecten door projecten aan te maken, aan de juiste contracten te koppelen, vorderbaar te maken en werforders en bestellingen op te volgen.
  • Je coördineert het toonzaalteam van zes collega’s door werkschema’s op te maken, toonzaalvergaderingen en individuele overlegmomenten te organiseren, nieuwe collega’s wegwijs te maken en het team te ondersteunen waar nodig.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van showroomadviseur gelden de volgende vereisten.

  • Je hebt een commerciële en klantgerichte ingesteldheid, met affiniteit voor de bouw.
  • Je beschikt over coördinerende vaardigheden.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt ene goede basis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring, en je hebt een technische bagage of compenseert het ontbreken daarvan ruimschoots met enthousiasme en leergierigheid.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, functioneert sterk in team en communiceert op een correcte manier.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om op zaterdagvoormiddag te werken.
