The posting

Als sales advisor automotive ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het ontvangen van klanten in de showroom
  • Actief en gericht luisteren naar potentiële klanten en passend advies geven
  • Verschillende wagens voorstellen aan de hand van een grondige behoefteanalyse
  • Behandelen van prijsaanvragen
  • Het opmaken van een correcte en op maat gemaakte offerte voor elk type klant
  • Afhandelen van de verkoop en na de verkoop klanten verder opvolgen
  • Inspelen op vragen en suggesties van klanten

Je zorgt ervoor dat de klant een optimale service ontvangt en dat hij de juiste informatie krijgt over de verschillende wagens. Eventueel adviseer je hen over meerdere voertuigen en maak je het verschil op tussen de voertuigen.

Tot slot is het jouw taak om het vertrouwen van de klant te winnen en ervoor te zorgen dat ze dankzij jou de juiste wagen kopen.

Binnen deze rol van sales advisor automotive kan je je vinden in onderstaande competenties:

  • Je bent bij voorkeur in het bezit van een Bachelordiploma en hebt een relevante ervaring achter de rug
  • Zeer enthousiaste en gedreven verkoper
  • Sterke interesse in autosector
  • Flexibiliteit en aanpassingsvermogen om in te spelen op de verschillende klantbehoeften
  • Naast het Nederlands heb je voldoende kennis van de Franse taal om een verkoopgesprek te voeren
  • Bereid zijn om op zaterdag te werken, in ruil voor een vrije dag tijdens de week
