Voor een familiale automotive groep met verschillende vestigingen in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren en gedreven Showroomverkoper voor de vestiging in Roeselare.

Ben jij commercieel ingesteld, krijg je energie van klanten overtuigen en heb je een passie voor auto's? Dan is dit misschien jouw volgende uitdaging.

Functieomschrijving Als Showroomverkoper ben jij het commerciële gezicht van de showroom. Je verwelkomt klanten, luistert naar hun behoeften en begeleidt hen actief bij de aankoop van een nieuwe of tweedehandswagen.

Je wacht niet af tot de klant zelf beslist, maar neemt initiatief en weet klanten op een professionele en enthousiaste manier te overtuigen.

Jouw taken:

  • Klanten professioneel onthalen in de showroom.
  • Actief verkopen van nieuwe en tweedehandswagens.
  • De behoeften en wensen van klanten analyseren en passende oplossingen voorstellen.
  • Klanten adviseren en begeleiden tijdens het volledige aankoopproces.
  • Onderhandelen over prijzen en verkoopvoorwaarden.
  • Opvolgen van leads, offertes en commerciële acties.
  • Aanbieden van financieringen en aanvullende producten en diensten.
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van verkopen en contracten.
  • Onderhouden van klantenrelaties en zorgen voor een kwalitatieve dienst na verkoop.
  • Behandelen van vragen en eventuele klachten.
  • Actief meewerken aan commerciële acties en de presentatie van de showroom.

We zoeken vooral een commerciële persoonlijkheid met een echte salesdrive. Ervaring in automotive is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral jouw commerciële ingesteldheid en motivatie zijn belangrijk.

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een commerciële verkoopfunctie.
  • Ervaring binnen de automotive sector is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële drive en krijgt energie van verkopen.
  • Je bent klantgericht, enthousiast en overtuigend.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en praat vlot met verschillende types klanten.
  • Je weet klanten te enthousiasmeren en begeleidt hen actief naar een aankoop.
  • Je bent resultaatgericht en durft commerciële opportuniteiten te benutten.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid om elke zaterdag te werken.
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands en beschikt over een goede kennis van het Frans.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, dynamisch en hebt vooral veel goesting om ervoor te gaan.

Werkregeling

  • Voltijdse functie van 38 uur per week.
  • Werkuren: ongeveer 8u30 tot 18u30.
  • Zaterdag is een vaste werkdag.
  • Woensdag is de vaste vrije dag.
  • In de praktijk ben je ongeveer 42 uur per week aanwezig, waarvan 38 uur betaald
