Für unseren Standort in Kundl suchen wir 1 Sicherheitsfachkraft & Brandschutzbeauftragter m/w/d Deine Aufgaben:

* Du verantwortest das betriebliche Arbeitssicherheits- und Brandschutzmanagement am Standort Kundl.

* Du stellst die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und internen Vorgaben im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Brandschutz sicher.

* Du führst sicherheits- und brandschutzrelevante Begehungen, Evaluierungen und Schulungen durch und entwickelst unsere Standards kontinuierlich weiter.

* Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Behörden, externe Partner und interne Führungskräfte in allen Fragen der Arbeitssicherheit und des Brandschutzes.

* Du unterstützt Führungskräfte bei der Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Prävention von Arbeitsunfällen und Brandereignissen.

* Du förderst aktiv eine nachhaltige Sichereits- und Brandschutzkultur und begeistert unsere Mitarbeiter:innen für ein verantwortungsbewusstes Sicherheits-Mindset.

* In allen sicherheits- und brandschutzrelevanten Themen berichtest du direkt an den Werksleiter.

Das bringst du mit:

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung.

* Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Brandschutz, Arbeitssicherheit oder Sicherheitsmanagement, idealerweise in einem produzierenden Unternehmen.

* Du verfügst über die Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit und idealerweise als Brandschutzbeauftragter und/oder SiGeKo.

* Kommunikationsstarke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab.

Rahmenbedingungen:

Der kollektivvertragliche Mindestlohn beträgt: € 3.100,37 brutto/Monat

Für die Position bieten wir eine attraktive Überzahlung je nach Erfahrung und Qualifikation.
