Abs-consult wurde 2003 von Björn Pichlmayr gegründet und ist seitdem auf stetigen Wachstumskurs. Knapp 100 Unternehmen werden von abs-consult laufend rund um die Themen Brand- und Explosionsschutz sowie Arbeitsrecht und Behördenverfahren betreut. Darunter allseits bekannte, öffentliche Einrichtungen und Konzerne.

Wir suchen: 1 Sicherheitsfachkraft mit Ausbildung zum Brandschutzbeauftragten nach TRVB 117 (m/w) (Teilzeit Beschäftigung)

Die Arbeitszeit beträgt 20 Stunden pro Monat, später Vollzeit möglich.

IHRE AUFGABEN

Tätigkeit als Fachkraft für den Brandschutz nach gesetzlichem Auftrag und nach TRVB 119

* Durchführen von brandschutztechnischen Begehungen nach TRVB 120 einschließlich der damit verbundenen Aufgaben

* Durchführen und Erstellen von Eigenkontrollen nach TRVB 120

* Erstellen und Führen von Brandschutzbüchern

* Kontrollieren von Brandschutzplänen

* Veranlassung gesetzlich vorgeschriebener periodischer Überprüfungen

* Erstellen und Kontrollieren von Brandschutzordnungen

* Ausarbeiten und Kontrollieren des Dokumentes "Verhalten im Brandfall"

* Durchführen von Löschübungen

* Organisation von Räumungsübungen/Evakuierungsübungen

* Beratung von Führungskräften, Brandschutzwarten und Belegschaftsorganen zum Thema "Brandschutz"

* Fallweise Übernahme von Rufbereitschaften

* Verfassen von Berichten über die Betreuung durch Brandschutzbeauftragte

IHR PROFIL

* Ausbildungsabschluss Brandschutzbeauftragter nach TRVB 117 einschließlich Ausbildung für Brandmeldeanlagen (BMA) sowie für Rauch- und Wärme-abzugsanlagen sind Voraussetzung

* Zusatzausbildungen für Sprinkleranlagen sowie Druckbelüftungsanlagen sind von Vorteil

* Hohes Maß an Fach- und Sachwissen

* EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse MS-Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

* Führerschein B, Unbescholtenheit (polizeiliches Führungszeugnis)

* Genauigkeit im Umgang mit Zahlen, Daten und Gesetzesbestimmungen

* Organisationsfähigkeit, kommunikatives Geschick und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen

* Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche, prozess- und zielorientierte flexible Arbeitsweise

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung während der Arbeitszeit und zur Einarbeitung in weitere Themen
