Sicherheit hat für uns höchste Priorität. Als Sicherheitsfachkraft (SFK) sind Sie im Rahmen unserer internationalen Projekte direkt auf unseren Baustellen in Europa (Schwerpunkt Deutschland) im Einsatz. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Rolle gestalten Sie aktiv die Sicherheitskultur vor Ort und unterstützen Führungskräfte sowie Projektteams bei der Umsetzung unserer GSU-Standards. 1 Sicherheitsfachkraft (SFK) (all genders) Aufgaben

* Kontrolle und aktive Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung von GSU-Vorgaben (Gesundheit/Arbeitssicherheit/Umweltschutz) sowie der vereinbarten GSU-Ziele auf unseren Baustellen und Projekten

* Einleitung, Koordination und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen bei Abweichungen von GSU -Vorgaben sowie Unterstützung in Notfall- und Eskalationssituationen

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von GSU-System- und Arbeitsdokumenten, insbesondere Ausarbeitung projektspezifischer GSU-Managementpläne für Großbaustellen

* Beratung und Unterstützung von Führungskräften in allen Belangen des Gesundheits-, Arbeits- und Umweltschutzes

* Betreuung und Beratung interner und externer Stakeholder in GSU-Fragen

* Management und Umsetzung kundenspezifischer GSU-Anforderungen sowie Konfliktmanagement

* Erstellung, Analyse und Reporting von GSU-Kennzahlen, Statistiken und Auswertungen

* Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Entwicklung nachhaltiger Optimierungsmaßnahmen

* Konzeption und Erstellung von Schulungs- und Unterweisungsunterlagen

* Durchführung von GSU-Schulungen, Unterweisungen und Informationsveranstaltungen

Qualifikationen

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Sicherheitsfachkraft gemäß SFK-VO

* Befähigung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit in Deutschland (Sifa) ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) im GSU-Umfeld, vorzugsweise auf Großbaustellen oder internationalen Projekten

* Fundierte Kenntnisse aktueller GSU-Managementsysteme, Normen und Standards sowie Praxiserfahrung im Einsatz von GSU-Methoden und -Werkzeugen

* Erfahrung als Interne:r Auditor:in sowie Trainer:in für Schulungen und Unterweisungen

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Beratungs- und Reportingfähigkeiten

* Erfahrung in der Erstellung, Analyse und Auswertung von GSU-Kennzahlen und Statistiken

* Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Deutschkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Hohe Reisebereitschaft für internationale Projekteinsätze (Einsatz direkt vor Ort auf der Baustelle)

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

4.500,00 €Wir möchten darauf hinweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt im attraktiven KV Metallgewerbe bei monatlich brutto € 3.109,21 liegt. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt innerhalb einer Bandbreite von monatlich brutto € 3.500 und € 4.500, ist abhängig von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation und wird gemeinsam mit Ihnen festgelegt.
