You will help customers, let them taste our products and make sure everyone leaves the shop with a positive experience. The position is flexible and easy to combine with studies or other activities. You'll be part of a small, enthusiastic team where teamwork and having fun are key. You'll definitely be working one day at the weekend and will also work flexible hours during the week, with Friday evenings forming part of your rota. You'll also be regularly assigned to our shop in the Westfield Mall of the Netherlands in Leidschendam. In this role, you'll develop your commercial skills and work in an international environment where the customer experience is key. What will you do In this role, you will ensure that customers not only buy products, but also have a complete shopping experience. - You advise customers proactively and in a sales-oriented way so that they leave the shop with the right products. - You present the product range with enthusiasm through storytelling and let customers taste products. - You contribute to a neat and tidy shop through cleaning and presentation. - You restock shelves and perform cash register tasks, such as checkout and making packages.
