The posting

Bij een machinebouwer voor de scheepsbouw en baggersector in Alphen aan den Rijn ontwikkel je besturingssoftware voor geïntegreerde machines en installaties. Als Siemens PLC Programmeur vertaal je de werking van elektrische en hydraulische systemen naar betrouwbare PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-software. Je programmeert, test en documenteert machinebesturingen met Siemens TIA Portal of STEP7 en WinCC. Daarbij werk je aan automatisering waarin aandrijvingen, instrumentatie en mechanische componenten samenkomen. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je af met software engineers en collega's uit de elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde en hydrauliek. Je rapporteert aan de Lead Control Engineer en houdt je naast programmeren bezig met frequentieregelaars, motoren, softwarearchivering en versiebeheer. Ook maak je handleidingen, testdocumenten en werkrapportages waarmee collega's verder kunnen. Via opleidingen en samenwerking met andere disciplines verdiep je je kennis van Siemens-besturingen en de samenhang tussen software en machinegedrag. Functie-inhoud - Ontwikkelen en programmeren van PLC- en SCADA-software in de Siemens-programmeeromgeving - Testen van machinebesturingen en vastleggen van testresultaten - Werken met frequentieregelaars en motoren binnen elektrische en hydraulische machinesystemen - Afstemmen van softwarefunctionaliteit met elektrische, mechanische en hydraulische engineers - Archiveren van software en beheren van softwareversies - Opstellen van handleidingen, testdocumenten en werkrapportages Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in software engineering - Kennis van Siemens TIA Portal of STEP7 en WinCC HMI/SCADA - Basiskennis van elektrotechniek en affiniteit met mechanica en hydrauliek binnen de machinebouw - Kennis van tekstverwerking, spreadsheets en ERP- en PDM-pakketten - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, communicatieve vaardigheden en een zelfstandige werkhouding - Een geldige werkvergunning voor Nederland Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tuss.
