1 Simulation Engineer Expert (m/w/x) #yourmission * Du verantwortest die Entwicklung, Pflege und kontinuierliche Optimierung komplexer Simulationsmodelle im Bereich Warehouse Automation und Intralogistik. * Du konzipierst strukturierte und skalierbare Modellarchitekturen in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. * Du modellierst und analysierst automatisierte Lagersysteme sowie komplexe Materialfluss- und Warehouse-Prozesse wie Inbound, Putaway, Picking, Packing und Dispatch. * Du entwickelst modulare Simulationsbausteine und wiederverwendbare Bibliotheken und sorgst für deren nachhaltige Pflege. * Du entwickelst und wartest SimTalk-Skripte und integrierst umfangreiche Datenmengen aus CSV-, Excel- und weiteren Datenquellen. * Du führst Datenanalysen und Validierungen durch und erstellst aussagekräftige Auswertungen, KPIs und Reports. * Du analysierst und optimierst logistische Prozesse hinsichtlich Performance, Durchsatz und Ressourcenauslastung. * Du übersetzt kundenspezifische Anforderungen in leistungsfähige Simulations- und Prozessmodelle und entwickelst passende Lösungsansätze. * Du unterstützt bei Softwaretests und Modellverifikationen und stellst die Qualität sowie Nachvollziehbarkeit der Modelle sicher. * Du arbeitest in nationalen und internationalen Kundenprojekten eng mit internen Fachbereichen, Projektteams und Kund:innen zusammen. * Du präsentierst Simulationsergebnisse, technische Zusammenhänge und Optimierungspotenziale in Workshops und Projektbesprechungen. * Du erstellst technische Dokumentationen und Durchführungsanleitungen und förderst durch aktive Wissensweitergabe die Weiterentwicklung des Teams.

#youareknapp * Du hast eine technische Ausbildung an einer HTL, FH oder Universität im Bereich Logistik, Informatik, Automatisierungstechnik, Maschinenbau, Industrial Engineering oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung abgeschlossen. * Du bringst Erfahrung (> 2 Jahre) in der Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Simulationsmodellen mit Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation mit. * Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in SimTalk und hast Freude daran, strukturierte, wartbare und wiederverwendbare Lösungen zu entwickeln. * Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis für Intralogistik, Warehouse Automation, Materialflüsse und automatisierte Lagersysteme. * Erfahrung mit Shuttle-Systemen, Fördertechnik, WMS-Prozessen oder Robotic Picking ist von Vorteil. * Du arbeitest sicher mit größeren Datenmengen; zusätzliche Kenntnisse in VBA, Python, Excel, R oder SQL sind ein Plus. * Du überzeugst durch analytisches und strukturiertes Denken sowie ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe technische Zusammenhänge. * Du arbeitest selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und qualitätsbewusst und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung. * Du bist kommunikationsstark, arbeitest gerne im Team und kannst technische Ergebnisse verständlich präsentieren. * Du bringst Eigeninitiative, hohe Lernbereitschaft und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Projekten mit. * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab.
