Jij zorgt dat alles klopt – voor het gebouw, je team én onze klant.

Een gebouw is meer dan muren, vloeren en ruimtes. Het is een plek waar mensen werken, klanten ontvangen worden en waar alles gewoon moet kloppen.

Daarom zoeken we een Facility & Cleaning Coördinator: iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, mensen kan motiveren en ervoor zorgt dat een gebouw er niet alleen netjes uitziet, maar ook écht goed wordt beheerd.

In deze functie ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de site. Je stuurt een team van ongeveer 6 schoonmaakmedewerkers aan, houdt overzicht over de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat de afspraken met onze klant worden nageleefd.

Maar je staat niet alleen aan de zijlijn. Je steekt ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen en neemt waar nodig lichte schoonmaaktaken op. Je weet dus perfect wat er op de werkvloer speelt en bent iemand die graag mee de schouders eronder zet.
