JOUW ROL Bij CEVA Logistics zijn wij op zoek naar een Site Controller voor onze warehouse locatie in Den Haag. Als financiële businesspartner van de Site Manager en het lokale managementteam ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de finance functie op de locatie en combineer je zowel business control met financial control. Je vertaalt financiële inzichten naar concrete acties en ondersteunt hiermee de besluitvorming. Je krijgt de ruimte en de verantwoordelijkheid om de finance functie op de site verder te professionaliseren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning- & controlcyclus van de site en werkt dagelijks samen met Operations om prestaties, processen en resultaten continu te verbeteren. Samengevat ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Business partner en financieel adviseur van het site managementteam; - Opstellen en bewaken van budgetten, forecasts en managementrapportages; - Doorrekenen van verschillende (financiële) scenario's en de impact hiervan op de operatie; - Ontwikkelen en professionaliseren van rapportages, dashboards en financiële modellen; - Waarborgen van een betrouwbare financiële beheersing van de site, inclusief financiële analyses, kostencontroles en boekingen; - Initiëren en realiseren van verbeterprojecten binnen finance en operations.
