Jobomschrijving

Je bent een organisatorisch sterke engineer die technische expertise combineert met een pragmatische aanpak op de werf.

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in Elektromechanica, Elektrotechniek of een gelijkaardige technische richting.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring binnen industriële projecten of constructieomgevingen.
  • Ervaring binnen offshore-, energie- of infrastructuurprojecten is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van multidisciplinaire werfomgevingen (elektrisch, mechanisch en constructie).
  • Ervaring met Quality Control en/of Quality Assurance is een plus.
  • In het bezit van een VCA VOL-certificaat of bereid dit te behalen.
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en ervaring met technische rapportering.
  • Kennis van document management systemen zoals Aconex is een plus.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een echte teammentaliteit.
  • Een gestructureerde, proactieve en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding.
  • Een uitgesproken focus op veiligheid, kwaliteit en samenwerking.
  • Vlotte kennis van het Engels. Nederlands is een sterke meerwaarde.
  • Werklocatie: Vlissingen of Schiedam (Nederland). Sporadische verplaatsingen naar het projectkantoor in Brussel.

Als Site Engineer ondersteun je de werforganisatie en draag je bij aan een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.

  • Ondersteunen van de Construction Manager bij de dagelijkse opvolging van de werf.
  • Fungeren als technisch aanspreekpunt voor engineering-gerelateerde vragen, met focus op elektromechanische installaties.
  • Bewaken van veiligheid en kwaliteit tijdens alle uitvoeringsfases.
  • Samenwerken met verschillende disciplines waaronder mechanica, E&I, inspectie, veiligheid en engineering.
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van inspecties op de werf.
  • Technische analyse en opvolging van afwijkingen, non-conformiteiten en verbeteracties.
  • Beoordelen van technische documentatie en uitvoeringsdossiers.
  • Ondersteunen bij de communicatie tussen werfteams, aannemers en projectstakeholders.
  • Opstellen van wekelijkse en maandelijkse rapporteringen.
  • Beheren en verwerken van inspectierapporten en kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
  • Coördineren van externe leveranciers en technische partners die op de site actief zijn.
  • Ondersteunen bij technische studies, optimalisaties en kosten-batenanalyses.
