TUC RAIL is een Belgisch engineeringbureau gespecialiseerd in spoorwegtechnologie en -infrastructuur. Wij zijn experts op het gebied van duurzame mobiliteit en hebben een multidisciplinaire en end-to-end aanpak. Wij werken al meer dan 30 jaar aan spoorwegengineeringprojecten in België en in het buitenland. Vandaag zijn wij een belangrijke referentie in deze sector. Als voorloper op het gebied van spoorwegengineering sinds 30 jaar werkt TUC RAIL aan een meer duurzame mobiliteit in België en in het buitenland.

Onze verschillende Project Teams (Noord, Centrum en Zuid) zijn verantwoordelijk voor de algemene en gedetailleerde opvolging van de werven conform de bestekken en dus met respect voor de planning, het budget, de kwaliteit en de veiligheid. In de regio Limburg, zoeken we een Site Leader Track

Wat ga je doen?

Als Site Leader sta je in voor het opvolgen en controleren van de activiteiten van de aannemer en van de werfploeg opdat de werken uitgevoerd zouden worden binnen de termijnen en met de kwaliteit zoals beschreven in het bestek. Dit betekent dat je:

  • het bestek en de plannen bestudeert voorafgaande aan de werken
  • de werkzaamheden op de werf organiseert en plant teneinde de kwaliteit en de efficiëntie ervan te garanderen.
  • permanent technische problemen oplost vanuit je vakkennis en ervaring.
  • het werfteam informeert, motiveert en leidt.
  • toezicht houdt op de naleving van de wettelijke voorschriften inzake veiligheid en milieu
  • het werfdossier (vb, dagboek der werken, werfrapporten, as-builtdossier,…) opstelt en de gegevens invoert in de verschillende systemen
  • de vorderingsstaten controleert en documenteert.

Profiel

  • Je hebt minstens een bachelor diploma in een technische richting, bouwkunde of mechanica.
  • Je hebt 2 tot 5 jaar werfervaring of gelijkwaardige technische kennis binnen bouwkunde of mechanica.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het opvolgen van werven en met het aansturen van teams.
  • Je hebt tevens ervaring met administratieve werfopvolging.
  • Je bent communicatief en werkt graag samen in een groep van medewerkers en in een gestructureerde organisatie.
  • Je bent flexibel en past je aan de veranderende werkomstandigheden en –voorwaarden op de werven. Je bent tevens bereid regelmatig nacht- en/of nachtwerk te doen.
  • Je bent bereid bijkomende opleidingen te volgen in je vakgebied alsook specifieke opleidingen over veiligheid en over spoorwegexploitatie.
  • Je bent zeer begaan met de veiligheidsaspecten van je taken.
  • Ervaring in de spooraanleg is zeker een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en de kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
