In deze functie stuur je de dagelijkse werking van de site aan en zorg je dat teams, processen en resultaten op elkaar afgestemd zijn.

  • Je neemt de dagelijkse operationele aansturing van de site op en zorgt voor een veilige, gestructureerde en efficiënte werkomgeving.
  • Je leidt, coacht en motiveert supervisors, planners en operationele teams in hun dagelijkse werk.
  • Je volgt KPI’s op rond doorlooptijden, kwaliteit, volume en targets en stuurt snel bij wanneer zich problemen voordoen.
  • Je analyseert operationele knelpunten, handelt oplossingsgericht en werkt processen verder uit om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met customer care en andere interne afdelingen en stemt de werking af tussen operations, backoffice, front office, delivery en schade-inspectie.
  • Na zes maanden groei je door naar Site Manager Vilvoorde en neem je de volledige siteverantwoordelijkheid op, met extra focus op facility, security, onderhoud, beveiliging, P&L- en budgetopvolging, interne en externe KPI’s en de uitvoering van digitaliseringsprojecten.

Voor deze functie zijn de volgende instapvereisten belangrijk.

  • Je hebt ervaring in operations, logistiek, klantenbeheer en/of site management.
  • Je hebt sterke peoplemanagementvaardigheden en natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, stressbestendig en in staat om structuren op te zetten en processen in stand te houden.
  • Je bent cijfermatig sterk en hebt inzicht in P&L en budgetopvolging.
  • Je werkt flexibel, hebt een hands-onmentaliteit en bent klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en resultaatgericht. Affiniteit met automotive of fleets is een sterke plus.
