Prenez les commandes de l’exécution terrain sur des projets multi-techniques où la sécurité, la qualité et la coordination sont au cœur de chaque étape. En tant que Site Manager, vous coordonnez les activités chantier, les équipes et les sous-traitants afin de garantir l’avancement des travaux dans le respect des exigences du projet. Vous évoluez dans un environnement structuré par phases et par zones, avec un rôle clé dans la réussite des jalons contractuels.

Votre mission se déroule : sur les différents chantiers.

Le site Equans auquel vous êtes rattaché : Nivelles.

Zoom sur la fonction :

  • gérer au quotidien les opérations sur chantier
  • coordonner les équipes terrain et les sous-traitants
  • suivre la sécurité, la conformité et l’avancement des travaux
  • soutenir l’exécution du projet par zone
  • planifier les activités chantier et garantir la bonne séquence des interventions
  • organiser l’implantation chantier, les zones de stockage, les accès, les circulations et les interfaces logistiques
  • superviser les travaux de terrassement, tranchées, forages dirigés, bâtiments préfabriqués, raccordements, canalisations préfabriquées et équipements associés
  • contrôler sur site la qualité d’exécution, la sécurité, les délais, la signalisation et la conformité aux plans et spécifications
  • organiser les toolbox meetings et veiller au respect des règles HSE et du PPSS
  • suivre les présences et les intervenants sur site en coordination avec les équipes et les sous-traitants
  • préparer les inspections, essais, mises en service et réceptions
  • piloter la levée des remarques terrain
  • assurer une communication structurée avec le Project Manager et coordonner le suivi des tâches et de la documentation avec l’Assistant Project Manager

¿ Venez comme vous êtes, avec idéalement :

  • 5 à 10 ans d’expérience en gestion de chantier
  • expérience en coordination d’équipes et de sous-traitants sur site
  • bonne connaissance technique des activités de chantier multi-techniques
  • capacité à assurer le suivi des tâches, de la documentation chantier et des inspections
  • leadership terrain, sens des responsabilités et communication opérationnelle efficace
  • votre structure, pragmatisme et votre approche orientée solutions et résultats
  • rigueur dans le suivi de la sécurité, de la qualité et de l’avancement
  • français courant & anglais professionnel ; le néerlandais constitue un atout
