Site Manager - Internationale Staalconstructies

Locatie: vlot bereikbaar vanuit [stad/regio]. Type contract: Onbepaalde duur.

Ben jij een gedreven professional die klaar is om de wereld van internationale staalconstructies te verkennen? Wij zoeken een enthousiaste Site Manager om ons team te versterken en bij te dragen aan opvallende projecten wereldwijd.

Als Site Manager ga je aan de slag met de volgende taken:

  • Je werkt samen met het hoofd montage tijdens je inwerkperiode en krijgt een diepgaand inzicht in alle aspecten van het bedrijf.
  • Je bent betrokken bij grotere projectlocaties en verantwoordelijk voor montage-activiteiten, waarbij je samenwerkt met een ploegbaas. Je leert administratieve, organisatorische en veiligheidsaspecten beheersen en volgt de onderaannemingswerken op.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat zowel onze teams als onderaannemers binnen de gestelde budgetten en termijnen werken en ondersteunt de projectmanager bij het verwerken van meerwerken in de vereiste contractuele taal.
  • Je neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen en verdedigt onze belangen tegenover klanten en andere onderaannemers.
  • Na je inwerkperiode coördineer je grote projecten, ben je het aanspreekpunt op de bouwplaats en rapporteer je aan de projectmanager en hoofd montage.

Wij zoeken kandidaten met de volgende vereisten:

  • Bij voorkeur heb je een diploma professionele bachelor bouw of industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld, houdt van aanpakken en zoekt geen standaard kantoorbaan.
  • Flexibiliteit is jouw tweede natuur; je bent bereid om indien nodig kort naar het buitenland te reizen.
  • Perfecte beheersing van de Nederlandse taal is essentieel; je voelt je ook comfortabel in het Frans, Engels of Duits.
