Als Site Manager / Algemeen Vestigingsverantwoordelijke ben je het kloppend hart van de vestiging. Je leidt de dagelijkse operaties, stuurt teams aan en zorgt ervoor dat veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie altijd gegarandeerd zijn. Je bent een sterke people manager met een scherp operationeel inzicht en een passie voor continu verbeteren.

  • Operationeel leiderschap Organiseren en optimaliseren van alle site-activiteiten Bewaken van KPI's (veiligheid, kwaliteit, output, kosten) Zorgen voor efficiënte planning en samenwerking tussen afdelingen Opvolgen van bestellingen en inkomende facturen Samenwerken met boekhouding voor maandelijkse rapportering aan de groepsdirectie
  • Veiligheid & kwaliteit Eindverantwoordelijk voor naleving van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsnormen Stimuleren van een sterke veiligheidscultuur Opvolgen van audits en incidentanalyses Bewaken van welzijn en veiligheid van alle medewerkers
  • Teammanagement Aansturen van productieleider, ploegbazen en operationele medewerkers Coaching, evaluaties, opleidingen en personeelsplanning Uitbouwen van een positieve, professionele en resultaatgerichte werkomgeving
  • Financieel & administratief beheer Beheren van het vestigingsbudget Analyseren van kosten en rentabiliteit Rapporteren aan het hoger management Samenwerken met HR, sociaal secretariaat en boekhouding Beheren van contracten met leveranciers en externe partners
  • Klanten- en stakeholderbeheer Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, partners en lokale instanties Bewaken van klanttevredenheid Proactief oplossen van operationele problemen
  • Continu verbeteren Initiëren van verbeterprojecten (Lean, 5S, digitalisering, procesoptimalisatie) Detecteren van knelpunten Implementeren van structurele verbeteringen
  • Bachelor of master in een technische, logistieke of bedrijfskundige richting, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende functie binnen een industriële of technische omgeving
  • Sterke kennis van operationele processen, veiligheid en kwaliteitsnormen
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels, Duits is een pluspunt
  • Goede beheersing van Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
