Sta jij graag middenin de actie op de werf én zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt? Voor onze klant hebben we een kans als site manager die de kwaliteit bewaakt van de uitgevoerde werken. Dit voor de regio Waregem, mogelijk over 3 verschillende afdelingen: algemene bouw, binnen-en buitenschrijnwerk.

De functie inhoud Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?

  • Opmaken van de werfplanning, in overleg met de projectleider
  • Bijwonen van de werfvergadering
  • Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor arbeiders en onderaannemers
  • Meetstaten - lastenboeken en plannen bestuderen om een goed zicht te krijgen op het project
  • Nazicht op planning - kwaliteit - veiligheid van de uitgevoerde werken
  • Opvolgen en voorbereiden van vorderingsstaten en verrekeningen

Onze klant Je komt terecht in een erkend klasse 8 aannemer, gevestigd in regio Waregem, met projecten in zowel West- als Oost-Vlaanderen. Hun projecten variëren van appartementen, zorgcentra en scholen Je komt terecht bij een familiaal bedrijf waar opleiding en ontwikkeling centraal staan, ze hebben een open communicatie en iedereen is aanspreekbaar binnen dit sociale bedrijf. Naar welk profiel is onze klant op zoek:

  • Je hebt een Bachelor en/of Master in een bouwkundige richting op zak
  • Daarnaast enkele jaren werkervaring op zak in een bouwkundige sector
  • Je bent een teamplayer met de nodige collegialiteit binnen de groep
  • De nodige bouwtechnische kennis en interesse in de verschillende bouwmaterialen
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend en hebt daarnaast een vlotte kennis van het Frans en Engels
