Graag op de werf, technisch sterk en iemand die rust bewaart wanneer het druk wordt? Dan kan dit een mooie volgende stap zijn.

Voor een sterke bouwonderneming klasse 8 zoeken we een Site Manager algemene bouwwerken. Je bent de centrale figuur op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch, praktisch en organisatorisch vlot verlopen.

Functieomschrijving

Als Site Manager ben jij de ogen en oren op de werf.

Je bewaakt kwaliteit, planning en veiligheid en zorgt ervoor dat alles correct uitgevoerd wordt.

Je takenpakket:

  • Technische organisatie van de werf bepalen samen met de projectleider
  • Aanspreekpunt zijn voor arbeiders en onderaannemers
  • Werfvergaderingen voorbereiden en opvolgen
  • Plannen, lastenboeken en meetstaten analyseren
  • Uitvoering van de werken opvolgen op vlak van timing en kwaliteit
  • Veiligheid op de werf bewaken
  • Vorderingsstaten en verrekeningen voorbereiden en opvolgen
  • Dagelijkse coördinatie van de werf verzorgen

Je staat dicht bij de uitvoering en houdt het overzicht wanneer verschillende partijen tegelijk vooruit willen. Of denken dat ze vooruit willen.

  • Bachelor bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen uitvoering of werfopvolging
  • Sterke interesse in algemene bouwwerken
  • Technisch inzicht en kennis van bouwmaterialen
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en professioneel
  • Je functioneert sterk in teamverband
  • Je behoudt overzicht onder druk
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
  • Basiskennis Frans en Engels is een plus
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en praktisch
