Gedurende je eerste zes maanden word je ingewerkt als Operations Manager in Vilvoorde.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer van de Operations-backoffice en zorgt voor een soepele, efficiënte en hoogwaardige bedrijfsvoering, van de ontvangst van voertuigen tot de levering aan de klant. Je geeft leiding aan verschillende afdelingen en werkt nauw samen met de supervisors van de interne logistieke en autowasploegen. In totaal geef je leiding aan ongeveer 25 medewerkers en gemiddeld 20 tot 25 chauffeurs. Je fungeert als de belangrijkste schakel tussen onze klantenservice (front office) en de operationele afdeling (back office).

Je geeft leiding aan verschillende operationele teams, waaronder: - Autowassen en aanverwante diensten, zoals opladen, tanken en PDI-activiteiten - Technische afdeling - Interne logistiek en parkeren - Logistieke receptie - Externe transportpartners en chauffeurs - Je houdt toezicht op de doorstroming, kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit van de vestiging en zorgt ervoor dat klanten een vlekkeloze service krijgen.

Jouw takenpakket gedurende de eerste 6 maanden:

  • De dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering van de vestiging aansturen
  • Leidinggevenden, planners en operationele teams aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren
  • Processen optimaliseren en de efficiëntie verbeteren
  • KPI’s met betrekking tot doorlooptijden, kwaliteit en volumes bewaken
  • Nauw samenwerken met de klantenservice en andere interne afdelingen
  • Zorgen voor een veilige, gestructureerde en goed presterende werkomgeving
  • Problemen snel analyseren en oplossingsgerichte maatregelen nemen

Na 6 maanden wordt je Site Manager en neem je deze taken erbij:

  • Operations – backoffice
  • Klantenservice – frontoffice
  • Levering
  • Schade-inspectie
  • Operationele prestatiedoelstellingen behalen

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Ervaring op het gebied van bedrijfsvoering, logistiek, klantenservice en/of locatiemanagement
  • Sterke people manager met natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten
  • Georganiseerd en stressbestendig
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden met ervaring in winst- en verliesrekening en budgetbeheer
  • Flexibiliteit is een van je sterke punten
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: je geeft het goede voorbeeld en ondersteunt de bedrijfsvoering waar nodig
  • Klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en resultaatgericht
  • In staat om structuren op te zetten en efficiënte processen te handhaven
  • Ervaring in de automobielsector of met wagenparkbeheer is een groot pluspunt
