Site Manager Venlo - Overig - Venlo Voor onze opdrachtgever, een grote internationale retailorganisatie, zoeken wij een ervaren en inspirerende Directeur Distributiecentrum voor locatie Venlo. In deze rol draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor één van de belangrijkste operationele hubs van de organisatie. Vanuit het distributiecentrum worden winkels in Europa bevoorraad en worden dagelijks e-commercebestellingen verwerkt voor klanten. Jouw uitdaging is helder: ervoor zorgen dat producten op de juiste plaats, op het juiste moment en tegen de juiste kosten beschikbaar zijn. Als senior operationeel leider geef je richting aan de verdere ontwikkeling van het distributiecentrum en stuur je, via jouw managementteam, de prestaties op het gebied van service, productiviteit, kwaliteit, veiligheid en kosten. Daarnaast vallen de facilitaire organisatie en Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid. Het distributiecentrum beslaat circa 45.000 m² en is een modern, volledig elektrisch warehouse. Het gebouw is ontworpen met aandacht voor duurzaamheid, de ecologische impact op de omgeving en het welzijn van medewerkers. Functieomschrijving - Zorgdragen voor betrouwbare en tijdige leveringen aan winkels en online klanten. - Leidinggeven aan en ontwikkelen van de operationele organisatie via het managementteam. - Sturen op productiviteit, kwaliteit en kostenbeheersing door middel van KPI's en een datagedreven aanpak. - Continu verbeteren van processen, workflows en inzet van middelen. - Creëren van effectieve samenwerking tussen Retail, Supply Chain, E-commerce, IT, Quality Control en andere ondersteunende afdelingen. - Waarborgen van operationele continuïteit tijdens piekperiodes en verdere groei. - Bijdragen aan de strategische ontwikkeling van het distributiecentrum, waaronder automatisering, systemen en nieuwe werkwijzen. - Verantwoordelijk voor de facilitaire dienstverlening en HSE binnen de locatie.
