Ben jij een geboren organisator met een passie voor techniek en bouwprojecten? Wil je meewerken aan indrukwekkende staalconstructies die wereldwijd zichtbaar zijn? Dan is deze functie als Site Manager iets voor jou. Je krijgt de kans om te groeien in een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid, waarbij je werven aanstuurt en het aanspreekpunt bent op de bouwplaats.

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Tijdens je inwerkperiode leer je het bedrijf en de werfwerking grondig kennen onder begeleiding van het hoofd montage;
  • Je wordt ingezet op grotere werven en werkt nauw samen met een ploegbaas om de montageactiviteiten te coördineren;
  • Je leert de administratieve, organisatorische en veiligheidsaspecten van een grote werf kennen;
  • Het opvolgen van onderaannemers en toezien op budgetten en deadlines behoort tot je takenpakket;
  • Je ondersteunt de projectmanager bij het opsporen, begroten en verdedigen van meerwerken;
  • In overleg met de projectmanager woon je werfvergaderingen bij en vertegenwoordig je het bedrijf tegenover klanten en andere aannemers;
  • Na je opleidingstraject neem je de volledige werforganisatie van grote projecten op jou.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een praktisch ingestelde en flexibele teamspeler met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. Je bent communicatief sterk, denkt oplossingsgericht en voelt je thuis op een werf.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een professionele bachelor bouw of bent industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde;
  • Praktisch ingesteld en niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken;
  • Je zoekt geen standaard 9-tot-5-job en bent bereid om flexibel te werken;
  • Bereidheid om, indien nodig, korte periodes in het buitenland te verblijven;
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands perfect en kunt je ook uitdrukken in het Engels; kennis van Frans of Duits is een pluspunt;
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk en weet mensen op een positieve manier aan te sturen;
  • Assertiviteit en verantwoordelijkheidszin typeren jouw manier van werken.
