Je bent de verbindende schakel en werkt intensief samen met onze partner Zalando en diverse interne en externe stakeholders. Je stuurt gestructureerd en doelgericht, met een duidelijke visie op leiderschap: je creëert richting, wekt vertrouwen en stimuleert eigenaarschap op alle niveaus. Je weet steeds de juiste balans te vinden tussen de belangen van onze medewerkers, de organisatie en onze partner Zalando en je neemt beslissingen vanuit een bredere, lange‑termijn kijk op prestaties, ontwikkeling en samenwerking. Je focust op continuous improvement en bouwt actief aan een positieve, veilige cultuur waarbij mensen zich gehoord, gewaardeerd en betrokken voelen. Vanuit authentiek leiderschap geef je duidelijkheid en ruimte. Gedreven door je passie voor mensen en logistiek en je ambitie om continu te verbeteren, ga je steeds op zoek naar het beste resultaat voor je team, de operatie en onze partner. WAT GA JE DOEN ? Als Site Manager geef je direct leiding aan je site management team. Daarnaast ben je indirect verantwoordelijk voor 1000 tot 1.500 medewerkers. Met het MT werk je intensief samen aan de visie en missie van de regio in lijn met die van onze klant en het CEVA hoofdkantoor. Je rapporteert aan de Area Director en maakt onderdeel uit van het Area Management Team. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Budget en P&L-verantwoordelijk voor de alle activiteiten van de Site; - Strategievorming en vertalen naar plannen en (jaar-) doelstellingen in lijn met de ambitie van de klant en CEVA; - Indirect leiden van de operatie en eindverantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van KPI's; - Aansturen, coachen, ontwikkelen en beoordelen van medewerkers; met een duid...
