Ben jij een geboren organisator met een passie voor elektrotechniek? Heb je ervaring met het aansturen van teams en het coördineren van technische projecten? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Voor onze klant, expert in totaaloplossingen voor elektrische automatisering (van elektrische tot PLC programmatie), werven we een site manager. Als site manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitvoering van elektrische installatiewerken op de werf. Je zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, kwalitatief en binnen de afgesproken planning en budgetten worden gerealiseerd. Je bent dé schakel tussen de projectleider, de klant, de techniekers en de onderaannemers.

Jouw rol omvat:

  • Dagelijkse leiding en coördinatie van elektrische werven.
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van techniekers en onderaannemers.
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de werfplanning.
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendement tijdens de uitvoering.
  • Toezien op de naleving van AREI-, VCA- en veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Organiseren en leiden van werfvergaderingen.
  • Oplossen van technische en organisatorische uitdagingen op de werf.
  • Controleren van materiaalbehoeften en bestellingen.
  • Rapporteren van de voortgang aan de Project Manager.
  • Instaan voor een kwalitatieve en tijdige oplevering van projecten.

Ben jij wie we zoeken?

  • Bachelor Elektrotechniek, Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als werfleider, site manager of in een vergelijkbare functie binnen de elektrotechniek.
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Ervaring met industriële en/of tertiaire elektrische installaties.
  • Kennis van AREI, VCA en relevante veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
