Konvert HR is voor een gekend farmaceutisch bedrijf in regio Geel op zoek naar een ambitieuze en bekwame Site Manager!

Wat ga je doen?

  • Reilen en zeilen van de shiften van maandag tot en met vrijdag.
  • Je houdt de regelgeving rond procedures, welzijn en veiligheid goed in acht.
  • Coachen, begeleiden en trainen van onze schoonmaakmedewerkers. Regelmatig voer je feedbackgesprekken.
  • Maken van een goede planning en werkroosters.
  • Nauwkeurig controleren van de schoonmaakwerkzaamheden bij onze klanten.
  • Onderhouden van uitstekende contacten met je klant.
  • Verbeteren van onze dienstverlening. Je signaleert de behoeften van de klant en pakt deze proactief op.
  • Opvolgen van administratieve zaken waaronder voorbereiding van de lonen, voorbereiding facturatie, vakantieplanning en contractaanvragen.
  • Rapporteren aan je leidinggevende zijnde de Campus Manager. Dit doe je op geregelde tijdstippen om zo samen te zorgen voor het behalen van de vooropgestelde KPI's. Dit voor zowel klant(en) als de eigen organisatie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, leidinggevende ervaring is een vereiste.
  • Ervaring met farma en/of GMP is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en communiceren.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, verantwoordelijk en gaat nauwkeurig te werk.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans/Engels is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent flexibel in werkuren en -omgeving.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met MS Office; Navision is een troef.
