Deins je niet terug voor een veeleisende omgeving, een groot team en een brede waaier aan facilitaire diensten? Voor de site van onze toonaangevende klant in Mechelen zoekt Sodexo een daadkrachtige, moderne Site Manager.

Een sleutelpositie met absolute eindverantwoordelijkheid over zowel de soft als hard services.

Jouw Speelveld: Impact op elk niveau Als Site Manager in Mechelen ben jij het gezicht en het fundament van onze dienstverlening. Van de catering en cleaning tot groenvoorziening en complex technisch gebouwonderhoud: jij hebt de regie. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen strategisch overleg met de directie og bezielend leiderschap op de werkvloer.

Jouw belangrijkste uitdagingen: Full Ownership: Je draagt de algehele eindverantwoordelijkheid (inclusief P&L en budgetten) voor de volledige site in Mechelen. People Leadership: Je stuurt een groot en divers team aan van meer dan 20 arbeiders. Daarnaast coach en stuur je de colleague-coördinator (bediende) rechtstreeks aan. Stakeholder Management op directieniveau: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor een veeleisende klant. Je presenteert business cases, verdedigt budgetten en leidt het vakbondsoverleg met een gezonde dosis assertiviteit en diplomatie. Safety & Compliance (Cruciaal): Veiligheid is hier topprioriteit. Je begeleidt audits, stelt risicoanalyses en vergunningen op (o.a. voor hoogtewerk) en selecteert de juiste PBM's. Wie ben jij? We zoeken geen pure coördinator of interim-oplossing, maar een ervaren Site Manager / FM Manager die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat.

Je bent modern, benaderbaar en betrokken bij je team, maar bezit ook de nodige maturiteit om minder leuke gesprekken te voeren en te sparren met een directieve klant. Ervaring: Aantoonbare achtergrond als eindverantwoordelijke in Facility Management (combi van catering, cleaning én techniek). Technische & Safety bagage: Je begrijpt wat je techniekers zeggen en weet wat er speelt in hard services projecten. Een attest Preventieadviseur is een absolute en zeer sterke troef! Business & Digitaal Agile: Vlot met cijfers, P&L-beheer en moderne digitale facility managementsystemen (personeelsbeheer, bestelsystemen). Communicatie: Vloeiend in het Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een pluspunt. F
